This all-day Intensive is about:

Format of the workshop:


~Limited to 10 people, you will each have your own space to work privately (bring a laptop!)  

~There will be an hour introduction on how this can change your life and why it works!

~1 hour devoted to each life section.  After a 15 minute introduction, you will have approx. 45 minutes to craft your personal “Vision” complete with your big WHY & action plan. Individual coaching will be provided.  You will get instant feedback during the workshop.

~The final 30 minutes will be a detailed demonstration on how to use the recording system (included)
